For 11 years, Elke lived from a hospital bed. A genetic medical condition compounded by Lyme disease left her wheelchair-bound, with barely one functional hour each day.

That extreme constraint became her laboratory.

While completing an MBA, with her cognitive function heavily compromised and reliant on +50 medications a day, Elke became obsessed with one driving question: what determines performance.

She was consumed with pursuing only what truly moved the needle - how to place herself at her best, improve her circumstances and unlock ultimate human potential. She knew there was more within her - she just didn't know how to access it.
